OVER THE LAST DECADE, Mexican coffee has quietly emerged as one of the most exciting specialty coffee regions in the world. Across its mountains, forests, and volcanic landscapes, dedicated farmers are producing coffees with remarkable sweetness, complexity, and character. Every harvest tells the story of its land, its climate, and the generations of families who care for it.
At Casa Libre, we've chosen to dedicate ourselves entirely to Mexico. Not because it's the easiest choice—but because it's the one we believe deserves to be celebrated.
Here in Southern California, so much of the food we love is connected to Mexico. The produce on our tables, the traditions in our communities, and the flavors that shape our culture all share this connection. Coffee is no different. Mexico is our closest coffee-growing neighbor, blessed with the altitude, climate, and rich agricultural heritage needed to produce exceptional coffee.
Our mission is to shine a light on these extraordinary coffees, the unique regions they come from, and the incredible people behind every harvest.
